Hi, Naomi. Janet Jennings gave me your name so I can contact homeschoolers about my upcoming talk at the Superior Library 2/24 at 2 PM. I'll email those who have internet and mail a poster to those who do not. I'll be giving a reading and book signing there for "Williwaw Winds," my book for juveniles and adults. Would you please email me the homeschool list so I can contact them about my talk? Thanks much! By the way, you know my daughter, Cherrie Moore. Sincerely, Sally Bair www.sallybair.com

Karen, thanks for leaving that encouraging comment. I agree that it is something people are loathe to talk about in homeschooling circles, making those that struggle feel alone. Yet nothing could be further from the truth. As long as we are in the world, and the world is fallen, there will be sin. Our children are not exempt from struggles and temptations, especially if they have strong wills. I'm just so thankful that God has given us the option to be able to homeschool them, and to have one more way to try and capture their hearts. Blessings!

A note of thanks for your great article in the Nov/Dec article in the Home School Enrichment Magazine. Your honesty about your kids making poor choices with grave consequences was encouraging. I worry about what people will say about our faith, homeschooling, our beliefs if my girls rebel, mess up,etc (they are still young). You've been there and gotten thru it, and you still maintain homeschooling is the best choice. No one seems to talk about these struggles in the homeschool circles. Thank you.

I enjoyed your book reviews and also the article from July on time management. I'm big on that as I'm busy marketing my first novel with my publisher, scheduling the launch around mid-November, plus homeschooling, writing the second in my series, and working on a 3rd for nano in November. Oh I forgot the husband, musn't forget him! LOL
It's our 20th anniversary on the 21st. Bye for now. Lisa

Hi there! So sorry I didn't see this sooner! Yeah, that's the same Jeff. He and Wendy, Corey, and Danielle are on facebook, too. Find Jeff or me there, and we'll connect you. Sorry to say that both Rick and Bernie are passed away. Thanks for getting in touch.
